			<content:encoded><![CDATA[	<p>La SIE-L, la società italiana di E-learning, ha tenuto in questi giorni il suo congresso annuale presso la facoltà di economia dell’Università degli studi di Trento. In questa occasione è stata presentata la piattaforma &#8220;Copernicus&#8221;, elaborata dalla Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano.</p>
	<p>La piattaforma &#8220;Copernicus&#8221; è frutto del lavoro congiunto di cinque Ripartizioni provinciali: personale, informatica, e formazione professionale italiana, tedesca e ladina. &#8220;Grazie a questa cooperazione ad ampio raggio - commenta il direttore della Ripartizione formazione professionale agricola, forestale e di economia domestica Stefan Walder - è possibile raggiungere un numero decisamente più ampio di persone, e sfruttare in maniera positiva la collaborazione nella fase di studio ed elaborazione del progetto&#8221;. Il congresso in corso di svolgimento all&#8217;Università di Trento consente di avere una visuale a 360 gradi sull&#8217;attuale situazione nel settore dell&#8217;E-learning e sull&#8217;utilizzo dei nuovi media nel campo della formazione e dell&#8217;aggiornamento professionale. &#8220;Il progetto &#8220;Copernicus&#8221; - prosegue Walder - è stato ritenuto di notevole interesse dai partecipanti al congresso, grazie alle numerose possibiltà che offre dal punto di vista della strategia e del metodo didattico&#8221;. Tra gli esempi concreti portati al congresso di Trento, spicca quello della formazione professionale in lingua italiana dal titolo &#8220;Pionieri, didattica con le tecnologie&#8221;.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[	<p>Der Kongress Anfang Oktober in Trient sollte einen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand in Sachen E-Learning geben und gleichzeitig zeigen, wohin die Entwicklung beim Einsatz neuer Medien im Bereich von Aus- und Weiterbildung und des lebenslangen Lernens geht. In diesem Zusammenhang ist auch das Interesse an der E-Learning-Plattform &#8220;Copernicus&#8221; groß, die der Direktor der Landesabteilung land-, forst- und hauswirtschaftliche Berufsbildung, Stefan Walder, in Trient vorgestellt hat.</p>
	<p>&#8220;Copernicus&#8221; ist eine Plattform, die in Zusammenarbeit von fünf Landesabteilungen entstanden ist, und zwar der Abteilungen deutsche und ladinische, italienische sowie land-, forst und hauswirtschaftliche Berufsbildung, Personal und Informatik. Allein schon diese breite Kooperation ermögliche es, so Walder bei der Vorstellung, verschiedenste Zielgruppen anzusprechen sowie kollaboratives Lernen und Arbeiten zu fördern. Auch eigne sich &#8220;Copernicus&#8221; gut, um das E-Learning mit dem Präsenzunterricht zu verknüpfen.</p>
	<p>&#8220;&#8216;Copernicus&#8217; gibt uns die Möglichkeit, die ganze Vielfalt an didaktischen Strategien und Methoden auszuschöpfen&#8221;, so Walder. Zudem würden die &#8220;Copernicus&#8221;-Schüler im Umgang mit den neuen Informations- und Kommunikationsinstrumenten geschult. Als konkrete Beispiele des Einsatzes von &#8220;Copernicus&#8221; nannte Walder in Trient die Lehrerausbildung, bei der die Landesabteilung deutsche und ladinische Berufsbildung auf das E-Learning setzt, aber auch den digitalen Schulgarten der Fachschule Laimburg oder die Vorbereitung auf den Europäischen Wirtschaftsführerschein.</p>
	<p>Konsens herrschte beim Kongress darüber, dass für das E-Learning eine verstärkte Sensibilisierung erforderlich sei und es auch Teil der Grundausbildung aller Schüler werden solle. &#8220;Nur so können wir wirtschaftliche, gesellschaftliche, kulturelle und persönliche Herausforderungen erfolgreich meistern&#8221;, so Walder.</p>

<strong>Project management</strong>: Professional College for Fruit Growing, Wine - Growing and Horticulture Laimburg<br />
<strong>Context</strong>: On the basis of the E - action plan 2004 - 2008 and a  feasibility study the work pedagogic departments of the management of the country have built up the E-Learning-System Copernicus. <a href="http://www.copernicus.bz.it">www.copernicus.bz.it</a><br />
Principal purposes of the E-learning projects developed in this connexion are the development of pilot projects to evaluate the saving of travel expenses to trainings, for the assessment of the transfer, the possible dynamic advancement of learning contents and mediation of knowledge “just in time”.<br />
The E-learning module “digital school garden” originates on the basis of a detailed concept project which was provided between 2003 and 2005 by a task force consisting of a project management, three experts and an external consultant.<br />
The “digital school garden” is a concrete best practice example which can also show a successfully concluded test phase and guarantees an ideal transfer for the development of new E-learning modules.<br />
<strong>Purposes</strong>: With new multimedia learning methods teaching contents and learning contents are processed and integrated to existing methods as a complementary component.<br />
The readiness to learn and motivation of the learners should thereby be promoted and supported.<br />
Support of self  study and individual learning.<br />
Usage of the school garden is independent of season.<br />
Professional – covering work (learning field draught) and internal exchange of information for professional teachers, creation of a common e-content pool.<br />
Access to the Digi garden by the homepage of the Professional College for Fruit Growing, Wine - Growing and Horticulture Laimburg (in 2009).<br />
<strong>No purposes</strong>: The E-Learning module is no substitute for practise lessons, however, it is a complementary learning method.<br />
The E-Learning module is no pure data bank, but promotes the active use of learners and teachers of the IuK technologies.<br />
<strong>Target group</strong>: Students of the Professional College for Fruit Growing, Wine -Growing and Horticulture Laimburg<br />
<strong>Schedule</strong>: Project planning: 2003 – 2005<br />
Implementation of the pilot project:<br />
<strong>Start</strong>: Autumn 2006; first evaluation June 2007<br />
<strong>Project implementation</strong>: quantify the teachers’ lesson preparation and evaluation and the effort required on the part of the students.<br />
Achieved goals<br />
<strong>Evaluation:</strong><br />
through the assessment of the eLearning method, monthly tests, exercises according to schedule and the feedback of the students and colleagues, the barometer of public opinion, the evaluation of interdisciplinary tests comparing them to the former interdisciplinary methods, frequency of use, amount of data, exchange of information among the students, number of times the website has been visited (starting from 2010)<br />

Results of the students’ feedback:<br />

	<li>Clarity, surfing<br />
The structure and the graphics were given a very good mark by 80% of the users.</li>
	<li>The guided path was mainly used for the first couple of times, later the students preferred to surf freely. For 60% of the students it was initially difficult to find the exercises. 35% did not have any problems.</li>
	<li>Contents<br />
90% of the students describe the contents as clear and understandable, especially those about plants and their description. More than half of the students used the self-study glossary.<br />
Only 15% of the users did not visit Forum and Chat. A large number (60% of them) took actively part in the exchange of experiences. The tasks of the column “Kopnuss” achieved on average good results, the games “recognition of plants” and “memory” were the most popular while the calculations the least.

Periods of use<br />
70% of the students visited Digigarden in their free time. The users clearly indicated that they had used the free-access internet facility during the time given. Furthermore, in their free time, they would also like to have the possibility to work with Digigarden more often. The users visited Digigarden for 20-30 minutes each time</li>
	<li>Evaluation of the “blended” learning method<br />
The majority of users had a positive opinion of Digigarden. 75% of them considered Digigarden ideal for self-study and would like to continue using it after finishing school.<br />
Result of the tests the students achieved between good and very good marks at the tests.</li>
